'Human relations' theoreticians assumed that organizations in which members were most content would also be the most effective organizations.

3. Relevance and quality: The schools' technology, or the wealth of knowledge that forms the basis of good teaching, does not exist on an abstract, scientific level. Pedagogy is more of an art than a science and is understood by experienced teachers in their encounter with a vast array of pupils and various day-to-day challenges.
